All items are not refundable.

Due to the natural part of the drying process, always note that flowers will change throughout the preservation process. Some flowers hold their colours, others only fade, and the rest change completely.

Due to natural reasons, the wood from the frame may have slight variations in patterns and colours. 

Please note that the final preserved flowers you receive will gradually fade over time. This is a natural process. We do not apply artificial colour correctors or chemicals, so the fading is an expected outcome.

Keep in mind that not every flowers in the bouquet will be used in the frame. Depending on the frame size you choose, the quality of the flowers on arrival at our home studio and the result after the preservation process.

Customers are responsible for following the packing process in this link to protect their flowers during the shipment. Failure to do so may damage your flowers and affect the number of flowers usable.

Layout design options. Customers will choose between Centered, Corner, Diagonal and Art designs. 

Prices are subject to change. Only orders with deposit payment or fully paid will not be affected. 

For customers living around Adelaide in South Australia, to minimise the transportation hazards for your bouquet, you can drop your bouquet directly at our home studio with appointment in advance.

Customers are responsible for shipping their bouquet to our home studio.

An extra cover is recommended to protect your item during shipment.

Customers should be aware that if their preferred frame color is unavailable, they will need to select another colour. Refund requests related to changing the frame colour will not be accommodated.
